I feel privileged to know Frank as a friend. He was a mentor to me during my time as a Scout Leader, he was a positive influence in the lives of many young people, through Scouting and through the Lincoln District Scout Band. He was also a great support when he graciously agreed to join City of Lincoln Waites as a drummer. He will be remembered and missed by many.

Frank was a quiet, dedicated family man who shared a long life-long loyalty to scouting.
He was a key player in the 90s heady days of the Lincoln District Scout Band. Fulfilling three European Tours with Chris and Maria and a father figure to our young people.
Thank you Frank for you selfless dedication.
We were still meeting socially 30 years later.
